The first graph shows data for every month of May since 2004 and describes the median selling price of single family detached properties in the city of San Antonio.San Antonio continued to have an upward trend even through the crisis. After a relatively large dip in price in 2010, we seem to be well on our way to another summer record. Keep in mind that even though we had that dip in May 2010, we hit a record high of $155,000 in July 2010.
The second graph also represents data for the median selling price of single family detached properties in the city of San Antonio, but for each month from January 2004 to May 2011. It provides a picture of the trends and cycles in our market.
