Don’t skip this important step in the buying process. Walk through the house with your agent right before closing. An unscrupulous seller might leave you with a dirty house or missing appliances that were supposed to stay, or even cheaper appliances than those promised to you. Make sure you’re getting what you thought you were BEFORE you sign the documents.
